Privacy Policy

Orbit is a content operations tool used by authorized Facebook Page administrators to prepare, review, publish, and measure Page content.

Information we process

When an authorized administrator connects Facebook, Orbit may process the administrator’s Facebook identifier, the Pages they are permitted to manage, Page access tokens, Page post identifiers, publishing status, and Page performance data made available through Meta’s APIs. Orbit also processes content, media, review decisions, and publishing schedules supplied by authorized users.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate authorized administrators, operate requested Page-management features, prevent unauthorized publishing, diagnose failures, and provide content-performance reporting. We do not sell personal information or use Meta data to create independent advertising profiles.

Storage and security

Access credentials are stored in encrypted form and are not displayed in the user interface. Access is limited to authorized operators. Operational records are retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security requirements, and resolve disputes.

Sharing

Information may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers solely to operate Orbit, or disclosed when required by law. We do not share Meta user data with data brokers.

Your choices and deletion

Authorized users may disconnect Facebook access and request deletion of data associated with their connection. See the User Data Deletion instructions.

Changes

We may update this policy as Orbit changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
