User Data Deletion
You may request deletion of data associated with your Facebook connection to Orbit.
How to request deletion
- Email service.vvvip@gmail.com with the subject “Orbit Data Deletion Request.”
- Include the Facebook Page name or Page ID connected to Orbit. Do not send your Facebook password, access token, verification code, or government identification.
- We may ask you to confirm the request from the email associated with the Orbit workspace or through another non-sensitive ownership check.
What we delete
After verification, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize stored Facebook connection identifiers, encrypted access credentials, and Page-specific operational records that are not required for security, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Timing
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm completion or explain any limited information that must be retained.
Disconnect Facebook access
You may also remove the app from Facebook’s Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings. Removing access prevents future API access but does not replace a deletion request for records already stored by Orbit.
